These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of The Peace of Letting Go (the “Book”), a digital ebook. By completing a purchase or downloading the Book, you agree to these terms.

1. Digital product and access

The Book is a digital product. Access is provided after payment is successfully confirmed through the checkout provider. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for keeping your download or receipt information secure.

2. Personal-use license

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the Book for your own use. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, resell, share, distribute, upload, or make the Book available to others without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it.

3. Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices and payment options are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Gumroad or another checkout provider shown at the time of purchase. Any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or payment-provider charges are displayed or handled according to the checkout and your location.

4. Refunds and purchase support

Any refund policy displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase applies to your order. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. For help with a purchase, download, or refund request, please use the contact or reply option included in your Gumroad purchase receipt.

5. Educational and reflective content

The Book is offered for general educational, literary, and reflective purposes. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or religious advice, and it is not a substitute for support from a qualified professional. 6. Narrative character and no affiliation

Master Tashi is a narrative character. He is not a real monk, teacher, historical figure, or spokesperson. Neither Master Tashi nor the Book is affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any specific Buddhist school, lineage, monastery, temple, tradition, organization, religious group, or cult. References to Buddhist ideas are presented for reflection and do not represent the official teachings or position of any such body.

7. Intellectual property

All text, artwork, design, and other content in the Book and on this website are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

8. Availability and changes

We may update these terms or the website when necessary. The version posted on this page applies from its effective date. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, checkout, or download service.

For order-related support, use the contact details or reply option in your Gumroad receipt. The seller identified during checkout is the seller of record for your purchase.
